Poppies symbolize beauty, magic, consolation, fertility and eternal like. The ancient Greeks used Poppies in the shrines of Demeter, goddess of fertility. We think this symbolism is a nice fit with Mother’s Day and a pleasant change from the more traditional flowers for this special day.
