Anyone for Soft-boiled Egg with Toast Fingers?

For this fun Easter dessert you will need 10 egg-sized chocolate eggs – tops removed. They are then filled with white chocolate mousse and lemon curd (Lemon butter), and served with biscuit sticks (toast fingers).
